Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print instantly.
Pack Your Jewelry
Securely place your unworn jewelry in its original designer packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
